David made the process so easy. Very knowledgeable, understood exactly what we wanted, gave us a very fair price and he helped to make the process run as quickly as possible (we like to get out of stores with as much speed as possible these days).

The person who helped us select our new mattress was very knowledgeable and took the time to ensure we had every opportunity to test all their stock.
Got a good price on our eventual selection.

Come for the obvious... mattress or just pillows! Knowledgable and friendly staff were not hovering or pushy. Real answers for products instilled confidence in the product I was there to purchase - a pillow. Only 4 stars because, you get what you pay for! My new pillow was around $200. There were cheaper options, but I wanted something that was REALLY going to give me the quality of sleep I was lacking.

Finally received our new adjustable bed, albeit that it took 4 months. The delivery guys were very professional . I have found so far that the mattress seems firmer than what we tried in the showroom . The remotes work well for adjusting the bed though. I'm sure I'll get a follow up call from the sales person soon so we can ask about it being possibly too firm for our liking.
