So far I've found that the REM sleep has really helped me relax in the evening when I want to wind down. It has sweet apple and mellow chamomile which I loved! The sangria was fun because I was able to use it hot and also cold as a Mocktail, you could really taste the berries in it. They came in, dug a trench around the perimeter of our deck, installed fencing, and replaced the grass, and included a one way door for the animals to get out (but not back in).
