Loved our stay here. The restaurants were amazing and the atmosphere was amazing. Ran into a little trouble where we had booked a more expensive room for us and our dog to stay in but apparently it wasn't dog friendly while it was advertised as such online and some prices are quite pricey but great experience overall. Highly recommend.
Hotel looks very dated, rooms nicely appointed .
Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were skint when it came to supplies. The Property Brothers were there when we were there. This hotel could use some of their expertise. Far too expensive out of season. Staff arranged an early check in but unfortunately took forever to deal with customers concerns and questions and inquiries, long line at front desk. Food was decent but nothing special. I think we'll choose differently next time.
The hotel is clean and tidy. We checked in first of all, they gave us the wrong keys with wrong room number.
We went down again and told them about the issue. But that's alright, mistakes happen.
I already mentioned to them through my booking that we are here to celebrate birthdays of my husband and my mother.
Still nothing special was given or provided to us.
Room was okay, nothing special.
Front desk was okay too, nothing special.
They seemed like they are just doing their 8 hour shift and that's it.they dont seem happy.
Management team should make their staff happy and please give them motivation and make them feel special by giving them some bonus or incentives or anything.
Plus point is that shuttle bus service is 24 hours which take you straight into the village and you can enjoy the scenic beauty of it.
The experience was okay but I will not recommend it to other people, instead stay in some other hotels which are more affordable as well as right in the centre of the village.
An amazing resort. Lots of pubs and restaurants. Lots of different activities. Joanne at the Blue Mountain Inn was fantastic. She gave us a free upgrade to an amazing room. It overlooked the square in the village.
