Kalola Spa

I have been going to Kalola for years, and love it every time I go. My fav is 'spirit of blue' which is pure heaven!!!! A girlfriend of mine and I do this treatment after the Spartan Race every year and it never lets me down! We actually had an experience during a girl's weekend a couple of months ago where I had booked massages and somehow booked them on the wrong day, so we accidentally missed our appointments, and the receptionist was able to get us booked in for the same day we wanted and she called the owner and said to NOT charge us for the missed appointment. (amazing how people treat you when you behave with kindness, instead of freaking out eh?)..They truly created a customer for life for accommodating my error! PLUS...I seriously love their products...I buy them every time I am at the spa and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that I am supporting a local business that employs many (The store in Collingwood where they make all of the products is AWESOME)!

Just had one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Heather at Kalola, you are an angel. With so much experience and knowledge of the body you were able to accomplish more in a “relaxation massage” than most RMT deep tissue massages I’ve experienced. Great ambiance, delicious snacks and teas, didn’t have a chance to do the hot tubs or sauna but plan to come back tomorrow if we can. Thanks again, Heather. You are a true asset to your spa. ❤️

Had an excellent experience with Michael in massage - I had a charlie horse in my calf and he worked hard to relieve the pain. He seemed very experienced in sports injuries. He also took the time after the massage to show me four exercises to stretch the muscles to prevent this happening again. Will definitely visit and request him again.

First time ever time visiting and staying at blue mountain. Went with my boyfriend for the sales weekend. We decided to book for the spa package to relax and unwind. We both decided to opt in for a hot stone massage. Really great service. The therapists and the front desk made sure we were comfortable. Everyone was externally pleasant and just so down to earth. My boyfriend and I both enjoyed our first stone massage together. Only thing I wish was to shop that products. Will be coming back when I come back to blue mountain.
