I cannot say enough about my experience with Reiner’s Originals. I ordered an Elephant for my niece for her 30th birthday and Tanya was so helpful getting the product to her during these interesting and complicated times that she made her’s and my day. I recently purchased an elephant ottoman and I’m so blown away with the look and durability of this ottoman. When I received the ottoman I just fell in love. I was hoping to have a few patches of white in it. I emailed Tanya and received a response right away, not to mention it only took two business days to receive my order. So fast! Tanya has been sending me photos of other options all day long. Her patience and friendliness with me throughout all of this has restored my faith in customer service.
