Seasons at Blue - Village Suites by Blue Mountain Resort

Covid protocols were all followed well! Booking a pool time was a breeze, check in was a breeze and getting items sent to the room via calling front desk was very easy. They upgraded our room which was awesome. Room was clean aside from some dust on the lamps and sides of the TV. My main issue was the shower. Very bad water pressure with the water trickling out of the top and bottom. Kind of annoying but besides that, had a great time. Enjoyable view from balcony too (thankfully didn’t face the village) - went on weeknights by the way

Very clean spacious suites. Felt very safe with their Covid protocols. I just wished the wifi in the suite was stronger. I paid for the premium wifi and could only get 1 bar.

Pros: staff was friendly, check-in and out were easy, location is excellent and room was very big! Parking is accessible and available. In-room fire place was really nice!

Cons: rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade. Furniture, carpet, etc is outdated. our room door didn’t latch fully - causing us to need to slam our door every time we left. I don’t think we were the only ones with this issue, as we often heard doors being slammed. This place is very noisy. You can hear people in the hallways and nearby rooms all hours of the day and night. Bed was super uncomfortable.

Make sure to bring your own lotion! I was disappointed not to see any with the toiletry items.

Overall, we had a nice weekend here and the items under “cons” didn’t severely impact our weekend. Next time in Blue Mountain, we’ll be staying elsewhere.
