Fun but with new covid 19 policies, we were told to book in person at 9am for a time slot. However, low ropes staff allowed people with no time reservations to go ahead which caused delays that had left us waiting for 45 minutes when we took the trouble to book ahead of time as oppose to just showing up to line up at the low and high ropes. Could be better managed. We would be less frustrated if they had told us to just line up and expect to wait. Could be a problem on all weekends?!?
