“I was looking to add a little chocolate lab into my family and I happened to come across LTM Kennels. Right from the start Randi was extremely professional and kind, and worked with us through the difficult times of the pandemic. She sent us updates of the puppies once they were born, and answered each and every one of my questions in a timely and thorough manner. When we got to finally pick up our puppy Atlas, we could tell the puppies were treated with the upmost love and care as the facilities were incredible. You can tell Randi loves what she does and is very talented in doing so. Our little guy is the sweetest, smartest pup and is an amazing addition into our home. Randi also provided all paperwork and even a schedule and some extra goodies when we picked up Atlas which was awesome. Also, having the TLC food discount when buying a puppy from Randi is an extra huge bonus. I highly recommend Randi and LTM kennels when looking to adopt a puppy. There have been nothing but great experiences with both our puppy and Randi! :)”
