“Well, how very fortunate to have found this group because of such very unfortunate circumstances. I’m sure I can speak for all of us in saying that! After many tears, books, videos, therapists, etc., you name it, I came across BAN. As I was hearing group members' similar stories, I felt instantly safe and secure. After the first BAN meeting, I knew I found the one! This was going to work for me as it was real, it was familiar, it was safe, it was supporting and understanding. Jeff is an incredible leader, speaker, mentor, and friend to the group members, such a kind man, who can be so because he, too, shares this same experience with us. I must say, because I heard his story and similar pains, it opened me up more in the group. With Jeff being “one and same”, the platform became much easier to share and cry. This is a very solid and soul-saving group. Jeff includes mindful meditation, breathing, and individual space. Breathing is probably one on the hardest things, at least for me. My world was not of this world anymore; the world that I had previously known. If not for that devastating event, I would not have had the pleasure to become a member of this group and to be in the tender care and support of our leader, Jeff. I owe new joys in my life to the encouragement of this amazing group. I also owe any abounding progress I am making to this group and Jeff. It was so very hard, but I think I may be seeing some light at the end of the tunnel. The dark days are becoming less so! I am the new me! Thank you, Jeff, and BAN!”
