(October 2, 2018, 1:50 pm)The staff is so wonderful! They all seem to genuinely care about each pet that comes in. They're super patient and helpful in their own roles. I couldn't be happier with the clinic after 8 years of taking my dog there.
(June 3, 2018, 11:17 am)Amazing staff, amazing vets. We had to put our little girl to sleep about a month ago and our vet was very compassionate and explained the entire process to us before hand. Even allowed me to hold my little fur baby in my arms while she was being put to sleep. When we picked up her ashes we had a beautiful surprise, they made a clay imprint of her paw with her name on it. Absolutely wonderful these people are. Would bring any one of my other animals to them in a heartbeat.
(May 31, 2018, 7:25 pm)For over 10 years I've trusted the caring and professional staff of the Grand River Veterinary Hospital to care for my two goldens. While the service is consistently exemplary, I do want to highlight one occasion wherein after being hit by a distracted driver, I was able to immediately bring in my dog, and while he was being attended to the staff showed courteous concern for my well-being as well; the care and treatment he received ensured he was back to full health as quickly as possible!
