(January 22, 2019, 5:06 pm)Great place. Vet cares. Staff cares. Been to other vets and have a life time of animal experiences and this place rocks. I cant believe the other reviews that bad mouth this place. I have been to many clinics and i honestly can tell you they care here. I think the negative reviews are racist. Also being in ancaster a lot of people expect everything for nothing.

My 6 yr old Boston/ Papillon Sami , from the Pre surgery routine to the post operative care my Dog Sami was so well cared for . All my questions were answered prior and after the surgery .
Since then we have returned for check ups and continual care , Dr Mathews is extremely loving caring vet and his knowledge is amazing All questions big or small is treated with respect and dignity for you & your pet . I have been to other Vets and found it to be very impersonal , If you want Fair prices amd Exceptional Care then Ancaster Animal clinic Dr & staff will look after your pet as if it was thier own !

(August 7, 2018, 5:02 pm)Decided to try out a new vet for our new kitten after not being overly impressed with our last vet on Hamilton mountain. Both the vet and the tech immediately made it clear we had found out new vet. They were very sweet with our kitten and knowledgeable regarding types of food. I felt like they cared and that our kitten would have a dedicated vet not just whoever was working that day
