Park has a decent beach, swimming area and boat lunch which you can use at a discounted rate due to your park resident. Bingo, dances and events happen on weekends. Large open area for kids to play with some uptodate equipment. This park has reasonable lot fees, also not a gated community. I dont know if there are any empty lots for new trailers. Check website for trailers for sale. Only 1hr from Hamilton and little over an hour from Niagara area.
