“Seems strange to say you "love" a pump out service, but the customer service is excellent. I called another company we used back in Oct. and when they came, they said we needed to buy a 3" flex hose because it was too cold, and their hose wouldn't bend. I thought that was absolutely ridiculous. We're not the only place that needs a pump out in the winter! Called Mitchell's, they knew my house, and said it would be no problem. They came early the next morning and Barb, the girl that came in the house after doing the pump out, was very nice and friendly. My husband and I will be using Mitchell's from now on.”
