(October 30, 2020, 8:43 pm)We love ABO! We have been using them for 5ish years now, probably for 7-8 visits to Algonquin and our experiences have all been seamless. Jason and his staff are always so friendly and helpful, and our gear is always top notch. If you’re looking for a great place to get your gear for camping, we highly highly recommend Algonquin Bound!

Bit of concern going into picking up the gear at this location in the midst of a pandemic but rather impressed by how it was handled! Rented out a 16' Superlight - was fantastic! Was able to tackle the larger lakes while making our 4 day, 16 portages much much easier!
Jason and the entire team were both friendly and knowledgeable! You can definitely see their love for what they do! All in all, we will definitely be back next year for another backcountry trip! Thanks to the entire staff for making this years trip one for the ages!
(October 9, 2020, 3:44 pm)Amazing staff! They reply so quickly about all your needs and questions. I’ve gone here for my portaging needs two years in a row. We’ve stayed in the back lot and it’s great! The equipment is clean and great quality. No complaints. I highly recommend this place.
