Blue Spruce Resort

We stay at this resort in October 2020 and really enjoyed our stay. I would love to go back during the summer months. This summer was fully booked since last fall, I hope we'll be more lucky booking 2022 summer.

Scott and Lynda are among the most gracious host you will find. The cabins here are clean, modern and tasteful. The views and outdoor activities cannot be beat. This is a great place for a weekend getaway or a reunions with friends and family.

Amazing spot on the edge of Algonquin park. Rustic comfortable glamping. Great hosts and beautiful views.

I’ve never really gotten the “up north cottage” thing but I feel like I’m a convert after staying at Blue Spruce. We stayed in the Windwood, which provided more than enough space for our social bubble family members to be together, but still have our own space to hang out.
The rooms were absolutely spotless with massive windows, allowing us to wake up to the beautiful fall colours. The jacuzzi tub was a delight after a day in the park and the kitchen had everything you’ll need to make an excellent meal.
The staff were incredibly friendly and made sure we always had wood for the fire, and anything else that might be running low. The amenities were great and there was a solid selection of canoes and kayaks available. Also, much to my surprise, shuffleboard is really fun! There were sanitation sections all over the resort and a clear commitment to keeping things tidy and people safe.
