The Minden River Cone

Was great last year in 2019. Not so now. It's looking run down Prices are up No Covid precautions being taken. No masks. No social distancing. No hand sanitizers and Cash only. This was the kitchen staff!!! A shame. Was a great place.

The Minden River run is fabulous. A rlaxing time that is best spent with friends. Take a couple drinks and something that waterproof and plays you favorite music and you have the makings of a great afternoon. Plan on two hours although the river run is only about an hour. All I can say is relax and enjoy.

Great place to visit, husband and I had hot dogs and fries and coke and all was yummy. The place needs a freshen up and as this is a pandemic we were surprised no masks or sanitizer being used outer counter dirty and condiments need to be asked for no napkins in sight. No tables available even though patios are open and other venues figured out to put plastic tablecloths that can be wiped. Also prices are creeping up and a sandwich sign with specials would be a great idea....

The freshly made burger patties are outstanding! Excellent spicing! The fries are freshly cut too. A quality burger and fries. The best in Haliburton County!

Weirdly, this ice cream place quite possibly made the best burger I've ever had! The fries were great, too. Unfortunately, we were too full for ice cream so will head back again!
