“I highly recommend this amazing, kickboxing establishment!! You are made to feel a part of the team and you are as comfortable as you would be in your own home . I was so nervous for my first visit . I was extremely relieved when I walked in and saw real people like myself, who actually turned around and said "hello" to me as I walked in the door ..... whhhaaaat!!!! Crazy right! My second Visit, I walked in and I was greeted by my name! The staff and the members are full of enthusiasm and encouragement !!!! It is a very personable atmosphere , so welcoming and down to earth . The workout is EPIC!!! 30 minutes and it's DONE! If I am uncertain of any specific movement, there is a trainer right there to walk me through it; step by step. I have struggled with gyms/clubs my whole adult life . Honestly, 9Round is legit FUN !!! I find myself actually EXCITED for the next round ;) I can say with 100% honesty , I've never been to a gym that excites me the way 9Round does! I love walking out feeling so accomplished, drenched in sweat and smiling ear to ear . 5 ⭐️ Without a doubt!”

“Dr. Lee is phenomenal! She’s earned my trust and business for years to come. I had an eye exam done by another clinic 4 weeks ago but they didn’t have any frames I liked so I ordered off clearly. The prescription came back blurry so I decided it was time to see a professional. I walked by this place one day and decided to come back to see their frame selections. Dr. Lee was personable and gave not only valuable opinions on style but advice on the health of my eyes. I work in front of a computer all day so she showed me demonstrations on what blue light protection does. After further discussion she wanted the best for me and decided to do an eye exam without charging me. Turns out the first clinic I went to gave me the completely wrong prescription! I highly recommend Dr. Lee, she’s brilliant and makes you feel comfortable. She knows what she’s doing and educates her clients on better health for your eyes. Thank you so much ❤️❤️”

“My granddaughter (12) an awkward age for every girl has never participated in any sports. To date she has been involved only in musical theater. After moving from B.C. to Ontario and experiencing some bullying at school and low self esteem she started judo with Ron & Tracy. She absolutely loves it! She comes out sweating and happy. She loves all of her coaches, she said "Ron is tough and kind". Quite a combination! Her behavior has settled down, she is sleeping well and she has made some new friends. The children of all ages are respectful to each other and the coaches treat the children with respect and dignity. To the reviewer who is worried about the A/C I can say from experience that it is much better to train at any sport warm. We have plenty of seating to sit and watch them have fun and learn the sport and the facility is spotless. This program may have literally have changed her life. I would highly recommend this program to anyone, young or old.”
