  I went to store #737 this morning to purchase a wiper. The receipt had the cashier ID TITKIP7. He was so helpful. I have aphasia so I have difficulty speaking and processing language which I let him know. He smiled and told me to take my time. I showed him a paper which I had written down which part I needed. He was very knowledgeable, assisted me in choosing the best option for my vehicle and even installed it for me. I tried to tip him for his service, but he refused. I figured the best way to give him recognition would be to write this review.

  So incredibly helpful. I was in today and Don provided exceptional customer service. I got my air filter and he helped me to figure out what part I needed to repair my windshield wiper hose. I gave him a terrible description and the fact that he even had a remote clue what I was referring to deserves huge recognition. Thank you for being so helpful. I will definitely be back!!

  Great source for automotive parts (pun intended!). Store is well stocked, friendly staff who ARE knowledgeable as well. Depending on which direction you’re coming from, the location can be a pain to get in and out of. The inconsistency of pricing can also be annoying - some parts are less expensive than Canadian Tire, some are more expensive. Gives the feeling that the parent company (CT) does not have a clear idea of where to slot each of these businesses; i.e. Is PartSource going to be higher-end/niche parts and allow Can Tire to be more mainstream/generic. So until they get that together, check pricing at both stores. Now, considering PartSource stores have been Can Tire corporate own stores since 2013, it doesn’t appear that their pricing policies will be changing anytime soon.

  Always very helpful. Even if the part your looking for isn't in their main program, they do everything they can to find it elsewhere and give you all the info you need. And never rushed, despite the occasional lineup. It's a great place for parts, unlike their sister company, that sells tires and is Canadian.....
