Can't say enough about the great experience at this place. The job was done ahead of the promised time and with OEM parts; top quality work too. In addition, Steve and Darryl provided outstanding customer service. They were both easy to talk to, down to earth and very friendly. They saved me a lot of time by going out of their way to deal with the insurance company of the guy who hit my car and by arranging for all of the details needed for me to get a loaner car. They provided courtesy rides and it was all at my convenience. There's no way I'll go anywhere else.

I can't talk about the work they do because my car was totaled. I want to say that, even though there was really nothing in it for them, they treated me so well. (Another body shop made excuses -- they obviously didn't want me.) I dealt with Steve, who was polite and helpful and answered all my questions. I heartily recommend them just for their niceness and honesty.

The staff were so friendly and genuine, they even helped me navigate the insurance claim. Their care for my safety, and attention to the safety features of my car was exemplary. I was set up with a rental, hassle-free, and was updated on my car the entire time. Besides the amazing service I received, my car looks good as new, they even cleaned the interior! I was so impressed with the service I received here, I would recommend 3D Collision to anyone.

My car was damaged in that wind storm when a tree fell on it. There was an extensive amount of damage and at first thought my car would be totaled. Thankfully it wasn't and Steve at 3D Collision did an absolutely amazing job on my car. It looks even better than it did when I first bought it. I am one of those pain in the rear clients who calls almost daily and they were patient with me and never got irritated at me for calling a million times. Honestly, I could go on for days at the service and workmanship that I received at 3D Collision. They truly are the best in the business! Thanks guys for being so kind to me and for doing an amazing job on my car! I feel like its Christmas and I just got a new car!

This place is great! Daryl is friendly, knowledgeable, and upfront. He made the entire process very easy. They were able to get me in sooner than any where else in the area and completed a big job in less than two weeks. The job was well done and I am very pleased with the result! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Thanks again for the great work!
