Kelly herself answered, and said "call back in 20 minutes and talk to _____." Right...because the agent who owns the business can't look that up. In 20 years or so, I've always found Kelly to be stuck up and standoffish. I really think that clients are just numbers to her, and that she feels entitles to our business.
