He arrived within an hour and had it fixed and about the same time. Very nice young gentleman, I believe his name is Juan. He was efficient and professional, he even humoured my grandfather who always hovering over him the whole time. (Just because we was interested.) haven’t had a problem since then and that was June. I will always call and request Juan. Also the same day service was at no additional cost and the bill was reasonable. Thanks guys!”

During the appointment, Hans found the cause of the problem and replaced a broken ignitor inexpensively, plus gave some useful maintenance tips and approximately how long the furnace would last for until it needed replacement.
