“Lived here for 3 years (2018-2021). The superintendents were nice and helpful, most of the time. But they do establish strong boundaries regarding their office/work hours. Which I think is acceptable. The building is in good shape, well kept, clean, and the place is overall in a good location. Big windows and nice balconies. One thing we did not enjoy here was the fact that they do not compost, which seems odd given that other buildings in the area do. They do not mind pets as far as I know. We have two cats and the managers seem to be quite ok with them. If your apartment is facing the cemetery you get a great view of the mountain, which is a nice way to start your day. I would recommend the place.”

“The staff here are fantastic, they take pictures daily and every update you can imagine on a app that's private to you and your spouse. They actually teach your children good skills and love them like family. My son was nervous the first couple days and after that he was saying I love you to staff, and made a couple friends.
