I am new to Canada and opened an account at RBC on Locke street in Hamilton. I was going to close my bank account with RBC because I had a bad experience, but the Banking Advisor Liza Ahmed turned that around. Liza has really taken the time to explain things to me and show me what the best options are for me. Most importantly she has shown understanding and explained the "why" of bank policies. She made helpful suggestions and has saved me time and money. Her location is the Ancaster branch of RBC.
