Always a pleasure to deal with this branch. For the past 15 years I have found the staff to be personable, professional, knowledgable and accommodating. A unique situation occurred recently which required a quick resolution. Lisa, Nora and Bableen stepped up to the challenge and were excellent in keeping lines of communication open, providing timely updates both in person and by phone, promptly returning phone calls, and, finding a solution that prevented a cascade of other problems from developing. Thank you for all your efforts!

Out of all the times I've been here, customer service was relatively quick. It does get busy at times. But the front desk employee with the glasses is a professional and has is consistent with his attitude at work everyday.
