“The Barton St location near the Hamilton General Hospital which I visited at approximately 7:30 am left me less than satisfied. This is not the location I typically go to but I was in the area after a very early appointment at the hospital and needed some breakfast. The server seemed confused about the types of bagels available. At first I was told the type of bagel I wanted wasn't available. When I asked which types were available, they didn't know. A more senior employee passed by and corrected them. As it turned out, the bagel I wanted WAS available. I asked for it as part of a Bagel B.E.L T. but was disappointed to open the package to discover the tomato was missing. It also seemed to take a long time for the sandwich to be prepared.”

“Always love a good visit to A&W. Tried out their Beyond burger (it was on special, otherwise a bit pricey) and loved it! Definitely can tell the difference, but I did not mind the texture at all, sweeter and softer than regular patties. Expressive! Too bad it’s on a higher price point, but if I would have a choice on a +0.50 cents upgrade I would totally do it! 💪”
