I wish I could give more stars! My husband came home from hospital on Tuesday. After previously getting a recommendation for Mark and The Stairlift Store. I called that evening. Unbelievably Adam came out the next morning to measure and Frank came and installed it that afternoon! Wow! My husband can now go downstairs to the walk-in shower, his computer and the TV. I cannot say how grateful we are for a company that cares about people. Frank was very careful to make sure we both understood the easy and safe operation of this lift. It is easier and less intrusive than I thought it would be. The team at The Stairlift Store: Mark, Adam and Frank are A 1 and I would, without any reservation recommend, them.

Mark Glenney and his installer Frank went well beyond my expectations. I have an elderly mother who required a stairlift in her home rather quickly. I called on a Monday and a house call and installation happened the next day on Tuesday. The service location was 70 minutes from their office yet they didn't hesitate to drive the distance. The level of professionalism goes beyond anything I have seen in today's world. When you call, you get a person, not a machine. Mark tries to answer every call himself. The price point of the stairlifts were comparable and/or hundreds of dollars less than other companies I had reached out to. Mark even called me the next day to make sure we were happy with everything. I will recommend The Stairlift Store to anyone looking to protect yourself or a family member from a stair injury. Well done Mark and Frank. I m so grateful we could work together.

Mark and his team are incredible. Timely response to my inquiry. In home estimate the next day and installed by Adam by end of week. Can’t beat these guys on price, customer service second to none. No pressure tactics, just upfront good advice and payment only due on installation. Amazing professionals. Highly recommend this company and the awesome service they provide.

Mark came to our home to look at our stairs this week to give us a quote and tell us the best way to install a stairlift - gave a great suggestion and the reasons why...very professional and personable. Adam came and did install it for us today - what a wonderful thing...He gave such perfect instructions on its use, had me practise to understand everything and has such a great attitude.
