The DMS Group - Villa Marie 3

I have lived there for 12 month in 20-21.
My Apartment was completely renovated with new appliances. Hence abit costly 1450/= for one bed room. 100 extra for parking. Balcony remain closed for 4-5 months during that period for renovations.
No significant roaches or bed bugs.
Two rats use to come and go. Complaints twice about it . Office responded in some time but they do respond( doesn’t feel like a top priority thing for them).
Manager okay to work with as long as you dont bother them.
Pictures always worth a thousand words.
Bathroom roof leaked twice, repaired promptly.
Security more or less similar to all neighbourhood apartments.
Residents on my floor were really nice and i find most of them minding there own business.
Found some racist, who were writing, threatening words on the door of poor immigrants. (I haven’t seen any active actions being taken by management).
Other wise most residents good humoured minding there own type
Amazon parcel easily get stolen frm main entrance. Be careful.
Reasonable place i can live there again. :)
