We did interviews to find someone we loved and our son grew a special bond with his provider and the kids there. With our second child, we had to find someone new because our old provider had relocated. Wee watch knew what we wanted and set us up with an excellent match! Only one interview to do! We are in love with our current provider and she cares for our son like he is family. It's not easy to leave my child daily but it's as easy as it can get..knowing he is well cared for.
