They are helpful and patient looking out for the safety of the rider.

Have been a passenger with Darts Transit for 10years and would be lost without this excellent service in all Departments.

Reading some of the reviews feeling very disappointed as if you do not like the service where you be without it especially during the winter months.

Now I have spoken to all Departments and have found them to be very helpful friendly and courteous.

The drivers - all of them to be very Courteous Friendly patient and Compassionate.

The lady with their Mom requiring trip for needle. All trips are important including Medical especially CHURCH.

Heard this was the service here for the people with mobility challenges here in Hamilton and as a fellow co worker from DATS(Disabled Adult Transportation Service) with Edmonton Transit they are doing a good job out there that I have seen so far!!!
