I dealt with the Hamilton office after a collision. Very accommodating, friendly and just overall helpful through the whole process of getting a car, dealing with insurance company ect. Would definitely recommend. Cars were new, less than 10,000 km (Honda, Toyota ect)

They gave me a pickup truck as I was driving one which was really helpful because I need a lot of storage for work, and were very kind to remind me of when to return the car so I don't forget and also message me greetings to ask if everything is fine and the car is good. Would definitely recommend to everyone

I just want to say a huge thank you to Anja! Being in an accident has got to be one of the most stressful things you can go through. Insurance is a nightmare and dealing with injuries, being off work etc is awful. Torque delivered me a car the night of the accident, and has been so kind and understanding through everything. Amazing customer service. Got into an accident earlier and they made the process look so easy by walking me through everything. The rental vehicles are extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. Brand new cars and love their office.
