“3 years ago when I was pregnant, Kyle helped me to stay in shape and get strong throughout my entire pregnancy. I moved away from the city after my daughter was born but returned to the Hamilton area last year. I have repeatedly seen Kyle and Shelby for physical training, physiotherapy and massage therapy. Shelby is also a mom so she really understands how to help you engage the muscles lost through having a baby. The music is invigorating and the coaches are motivating, inspiring and supportive. ALL abilities can work on their personal best and feel supported and recognized. Form is always a priority and alternative exercises for injuries or skill level are demonstrated.
