John replaced the gasket of our washer machine very efficiently. Good communication, arrived on time, was friendly and professional. The job was done on an early Saturday evening and he had a positive attitude, no rush. We will definitely hire him again whenever we need any of our appliances serviced. Highly recommend.

John was extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable. He gave us a prompt appointment and kept communicating throughout. He serviced our dishwasher very well and repaired the leakage issues and even advised us on what to do in case it happens again. He could have simply installed the new one we had already purchased but he instead went and repaired the old one which was working fine but just had a software issue.
