Edward Hill was amazing. He was extremely responsive and was able to book an inspection last minute for me. Because I needed it done in a short amount of time, he brought in extra help to make sure the job was done efficiently while still providing the service that was needed. I am very pleased with the level of service and professionalism. I would recommend to anyone needing a home inspection.

Edward did my tarion warranty inspection a few months ago and I am extremely happy I chose to do so because the builder has been very negligent in the adequacy of the finishes and planning. He has saved me thousands of dollars in repairs I would have had to do myself, which I do not have time, means, or knowledge necessary to do by myself. He caught many things I were not aware of.

I had inspection done for the property I am buying. Edward was excellent, professional and thorough in the inspection. Since I am a First time home buyer he explained each minor/major thing patiently. Thank you so much I would highly recommend Edward!!

I have used Edward for 2 home inspections in the past 3 months. He is professional, thorough, personable and very patient in explaining any questions in layman's terms. If you need home inspection, do not go anywhere else.
I hardly get impressed, but I was very impressed by everything about this guys.
Professional but very friendly, Busy but very responsive, Super on time and they know what they are doing, Ask them questions and the will take the extra mile to explain,
The inspector who did the inspection for us was called Edward, He was a very nice guy, respectful and professional, he did a great job and provided a decent report as well ad a very well explanation while he was on location,
Overall we were so happy with the service we received and i totally recommend them. I would give more starts if I could.
