First time to the clinic. I was in and out quick. Way better than the hospital.
After referral it was like two days later. Staff was friendly. I will be back. The anesthesia was mild and I woke up feeling great.

Excellent experience! The receptionists were kind and friendly, all of the nursing staff was very helpful and attentive. Dr. Al Kassam was very personable, professional, caring, and patient. I was EXTREMELY nervous about the sedation and I left feeling VERY satisfied with the whole procedure from start to finish. Even the nurse who was getting me ready for the injection, took his time and was attentive in making sure I was comfortable. Linsday and Louise were kind, caring and are excellent at what they do. Thank you everyone for a great endoscopy experience! I told my family that if I have to go for another one at some point, I am fully ready as this was the easiest and best medical procedure ever. Thank you Dr. Al Kassam for all that do and all of the care that you put into your patients. I wish I could rate this office 100 plus but there is only an option for 5 stars.

Well my first experience here with the Dr. i saw was absolutely awful and I swore I would never go back. I want to retract that statement. After speaking with the secretary about my experience she took the time to apologize and just listen to me. It was so nice and she offered for me to see another Dr. by the name Dr. Ali for someone with anxiety this put me at ease. Thank You for listening to me. I look fwd to meeting Dr. Ali on Friday.
