I had the best experience at Hakim Optical. The optician Reem was super friendly and professional. Definitely will be coming back and recommended to all my friends and family!

I am a regular customer at this location, absolutely love the staff there, very friendly and always polite. Rem always makes sure i spend the least for the best and she is so patient with me because i am always undecisve with my glasses. I am pretty shocked with some of the reviews here about this location, because i have been to other locations and this is by far one of the best, i guess some people are so cheap that they get angry when the employees can't discount things for them more than they are able to, i have personally seen this at the store while picking out my glasses.The people who are leaving these reviews need to grow up, seriously .

Some of the people working here are pretty rude and clearly don't really care about the customers. Transaction experience left me feeling a little disrespected. But they have good prices and a pretty large selection, and overall I'm happy with my glasses.
