Amazing massage and physio! Welcoming and friendly people who are great at what they do. Massage was deep and yet also relaxing. Physio was one on one with the physio herself in a private room; i was not handed off to an assistant or just put in a gym to pedle a bike.

Kelly is a fantastic RMT. She is so friendly and skilled. When you team Kelly up with Kristen, who is the physio in the group, they can help you out with almost anything. Their facilities are clean and friendly and their great attitudes make visiting them a pleasure. Kelly and Kristen have helped me overcome a neck and shoulder issue and also help me to relax!
