Paige is a great trainer! She is so patient and her methods really work! Bailey loves going to puppy school and we have noticed great improvements in her behaviour and handling
We've been shopping at PetSmart for years now, but we had our first visit to the grooming centre about a week ago. We groom our dog ourselves but recently she got a large tick lodged in an awkward spot under her arm. I called PetSmart about it & they said I could bring her in right away, I just had to bring proof papers for the rabies shot. The girls at PetSmart were very kind and patient with my dog (she's nervous with strangers) and they took her in and removed the tick for me, then checked her over for others. They were wonderful & I'll gladly take her back there if we find ourselves in a similar situation.
Very courteous staff!!! Went in to upgrade our terrarium for our Ball Python. Quick and friendly with the cart to load the tank, as well made sure we didn't need anything else and asked if we had pet questions. Did not need the help but muchly appreciate the asking in case we did!
The prices are generally good here especially when they have a sale. Service is so-so. Definitely clean and although I have never used it, they have dog grooming service as well which seems popular. I would give it a better rating but I can't get all the things I need here. Our favourite cat food and dog food are both sold elsewhere. Dog toys and accessories are more expensive than you would expect in such a big box store.
I'm not very impressed with seeing dead Beta fish. Being someone that's into Aquatics as well I understand that it's hard to separate these type of fish but when they're dead don't keep them out on display come on guys. Perhaps hire more staff I only seen two people working.
