He was very helpful and followed up to keep me updated on the status of my enquiry. Unfortunately, Rob informed that their location was not equipped to handle my request because of equipment required and referred me to a larger location. I hope for my future projects I'll get a chance to deal with this location again as customer service was great! Thank you!
