“Last Saturday night I had a terrible experience at this location. Upon giving me the incorrect order in the drive thru and forgetting my husbands mcchicken sauces although I asked several times if they were in the bag, the drive thru staff assured us they were there. Drove down the street and realized of course that the order was packed incorrectly and there was no sauce. We then drove back and tried to go inside the store to get our order corrected, but it was closed and at this point only the drive-thru was open. We waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru just because of a mistake that could have been easily correct had the drive thru staff properly checked our order when we asked the first time. Once I got to the drive-thru window I was pretty furious. The night-shift manager on duty was quick to de-escalate the situation and she was very apologetic. She packed new sauces for us and gave us each coupons for a free meal for our next visit. I was really impressed with the managements ability to resolve their mistake. For this, ill give this location another try.”
