There is no better place to come for yoga. I have practiced Bikram for around ten years and have experienced several other studios but this is the very best by far. I really enjoy coming here!

Five stars is not enough to give Circle Studios. I started my yoga practice with a low back pain and tennis elbow. Taking Tylenol extra strength was part of my days. Doing yoga with the help of Mel has been nothing but a life altering moment for me. She has been so patient in guiding and teaching and encouraging me to keep on coming back on my mat to gain all the advantages that yoga could give to me. After my first practice, that night, I got up from my bed without any pain and I almost wanted to cry. Having pain getting up had been like a part of my life. Little by little, I felt my body healing. In less than six months, no more backaches and elbow pains. I explored more of the different yoga classes and I still have yet to find a yoga practice that I do not like. All the classes being offered have taught me to be curious, to explore and be thankful for the opportunity to be good to myself. All the instructors are so inspiring for their dedication and patience and knowledge of their crafts. Needless to say, my quality of life has improved tremendously. Mentally, physically and spiritually, I am a changed person. Oh and I forgot to mention, I haven't taken any Tylenol in almost 3 years.
My fellow yogis are just as inspiring. We all come with different stories but come for the same goal. To practice and benefit from the ancient art of healing, that is yoga.
If I could give this studio 10 stars, I would! I have been a regular Bikram yoga practitioner since 2012 and just made the switch to Circles in early 2019. I am so impressed by this studio in so many aspects.
The STUDIO: If you are looking for an immaculate studio, this is the place! I have yet to see a hair on the floor or a dirty towel. The owner and the energy exchange staff take complete pride in the cleanliness and organization. Right away, you feel the positive aura. It always smells nice too.... never that musty sweaty smell. Parking has never been an issue, I always pull up and find several spots in the downtown core. The lot across 12 Ferguson is free on Sundays and the metered parking is free after 6pm.
The PRACTICES: The Bikram practice must always be done with the right temperature and humidity to achieve optimal results. The temperature combination of this studio is BANG ON! They have both 60 min and 90-minute classes for flexibility and always felt incomplete when I did not do 90 minutes but at Circles, I always feel like the combination of heat and practice gives me the same feeling whether it’s 60 or 90. It’s always a challenge and feel like the time was well spent in the mental, spiritual and physical aspects. When I first started the Bikram practice, my biggest challenge was coping with the heat, a few classes later – I was craving the heat. Now I find like something is missing if I can’t get at least 5 Bikram classes in per week. It’s a positive life altering practice, and over the years I have seen so many students heal from chronic medical conditions. This practice has cleaned my skin, removed my toxins, increased flexibility, maintained my weight, healed my back and improved my digestions. Those are only a few physical changes and the spiritual and mental benefits are endless. I have also tried the Aerial Yoga, Flow, Buti, Yin, I like those as well and usually pair them up with Bikram class.
The INSTRUCTORS: Top notch! Melanie the owner is genuine, friendly and caring. She takes the time to speak with the students and very patient. Her positivity radiates throughout the studio and all the teachers have the same values as Mel. Although I haven’t taken classes from every instructor, I am planning on it! I also like the various events and workshops this studio has each and every month. It changes, keeps it fresh and fun!
The COMMUNITY: The students are all super welcoming and kind. Not clicky or snobby like I have experienced at other studios. I noticed that the more experiences students try to encourage the newer students, and everyone pushes each other. The owner has really worked hard to create this type of environment and it’s evidently a very happy place ????
Love this place. Lushy Brushy art classes are fantastic.
This is my first foray into yoga of any sort, and I have found this studio to be fantastic and supportive. From what I've been told the class sizes tend to be smaller compared to other Bikram classes provided in the city. I have found this helpful as Mel is able to point out errors and give guidance for one as new as me. She has also been very friendly after class answering any questions I have about variations or issues I'm finding with a certain stretch.
