(May 29, 2014, 8:39 pm)This is an excellent Yoga Class to attend in Hamilton! I love the small personalized classes. Dina takes such good care of her students and provides personal attention to those with limitations, modifying poses according to their condition. I took the six week introductory and am now signed up for the 10 week course over the summer. :)
