I had gone to other jewelry shops before H. Williams, but I didn't feel confident with them as I saw a lot of poorly-made/poor quality rings. After my first talk with Mark over the phone, I knew I wanted H. Williams to make my wedding band. I was very particular with what I wanted (specific width and diamond sizes, non-shared claw settings, no visible spaces between the diamonds, minimal metal showing where he had my ring buffed down to soften the prongs) and Mark really made sure that it would be perfect and that I would be very happy with it.
