“Great dental practice. Waiting area is very clean and has everything from a TV to a coffee and tea machine as well as a cute children's area that my daughter seems to really enjoy. Staff are nice and the place is pretty high tech with their payment and reminder systems (like through texts). Dr. Rassam and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me before and after my procedure. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.”

“I hadn't been to the dentist in a while because of "dentist fear". The staff at Downtown Hamilton were from the front door onward very professional and understanding. The dentist himself was fast and gentle, so much so that I had "very little after pain"' after having work done on most of my mouth. I even got the whitening special and I cant believe my smile now. So glad I stepped through their doors. Also, their office is super clean and very nicely designed as well.”
