“I have lived at this building for approx 15 months (still currently residing here as I write this review). I have to say, these previous negative reviews are very outdated. I have never had an issue with pests and/or bedbugs... I would not live in a place like that... trust me. I love living here, Alris and Abe (building managers) keep the lobbies and hallways very clean. Often, I will see them cleaning the elevators, laundry room, lobby and entrances every Saturday and Sunday. It's quiet on the weekends which is a great plus, and any questions or inquiries I have they are very quick to answer and handle. Extremely safe & friendly. I have a pup, and when I'm out walking her Alris/Abe will offer treats... just really good people and a really good building.”
