The best experience I ever had. Dr. Jiselle Griffith is fantastic, caring, very compassionate and knowledgeable. I had Bowen Therapy done and after the first session I felt improvements. My mom had a few acupuncture sessions done with her in which they helped with her sleep deprivation. I highly recommend this wellness centre to everyone with any type of health issues.

My first time ever having an acupuncture session was here and it has opened up a whole new world. Community acupuncture sessions are very accessible and I am grateful for the opportunity to go regularly. The amount of care I have experienced here has been wonderful. After a session and for a good length afterwards I am very relaxed and this has been very helpful in supporting my health.

I attended a couple of group discussions here and really enjoyed them. Recently booked a massage with Rowan and found our session to be tremendously beneficial. Very accommodating and body positive.
