Craig, the owner, was very accommodating and he and the onsite staff, Marcos, checked in regularly to ensure I enjoyed the use of the gym. The gym itself is very well kept, clean and while equipment is limited, I found everything I needed. Thanks for having me

(December 9, 2018, 6:00 am)I love going to this gym. I feel like the gym belongs to me. Sometimes when I’m there I’m the only person. It’s super clean and the ambiance is positive. And the people go there a positive. You can feel comfortable workingOn your body and fitness without feeling self-conscious.
