“My friend rented a costume from Penny Pincher Costume and I was super impressed with the quality of the suit: Captain America. It was a big hit at the Halloween party for a local organization that serves adults with intellectual disabilities. It was also a huge hit on Halloween night as we gave out candy and made a run to a local grocery store. The price was very fair for the quality of costume. The owner is a lovely woman who is a high quality person. I highly recommend this place for getting a costume for your next party or event!”
