They just need to know what type of lock you are looking to change, and can then tell you how much the quote is. The locksmith came at exactly the scheduled time and was very professional. The guy was great! He walked me through what he was doing (so I wasn't awkwardly standing around while he worked), and finished in just half an hour. Two copies of the key (including the original) are provided per lock, and they can quickly make more on site if you need (at an extra charge)!
