(February 4, 2019, 4:30 pm)The staff has always been friendly and courteous in the 5 years since I've been going there.
My warranty, unfortunately expires next month and I do not see a way of purchasing new hearing aids in the future. With that said, I will use their services for batteries, wax cleaners, and cleaning.
My hope is to maintain them for as long as I can with their help, to avoid the troubles of life without hearing aids....

(April 29, 2017, 11:25 am)Excellent service, however, Listen Up is unable to reprogram the Siemens hearing aids bought in the US 8 years ago as the Siemens software is unavailable to them. Unfortunately I will need to go elsewhere.
