(March 10, 2018, 9:27 pm)As a TD customer for over 15 years I never received even 1/10 the type of service I received from Jennifer Lukic of this Scotiabank. Not only was she friendly knowledgeable and understanding, she also was was transparent with everything. She went above and beyond and treated me like a person and not an annoyance like at TD bank. In a half an hour meeting I built more of a relationship with Jennifer then I did with anyone at my local TD Bank over 15 years. Safe to say I will be looking into switching over all my existing TD assets including checking saving and investment portfolios to Scotiabank simply because of the customer service.
